About

Emma Loeb, MFT

Temporary License · Supervised by a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)

For over twelve years, Emma has sat with couples and families in some of their hardest, most tender moments — and helped them find their way back to each other. She holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has trained extensively in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, two of the most well-researched approaches to repairing and deepening relationships.

Emma's style is warm, direct, and unhurried. She believes people don't need to be fixed — they need to feel truly heard, often for the first time in a long while. Clients often describe her office as a place where they can finally exhale.

Outside of the therapy room, Emma is a firm believer in long walks, good tea, and the idea that small, consistent moments of care are what actually hold relationships together. She lives locally with her husband, two kids, and an aging golden retriever named Biscuit.

How Emma works

Warmth first

Therapy works best when you feel safe. Every session starts from a place of genuine care, not clinical distance.

Grounded in research

Emma draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method — approaches backed by decades of relationship science.

Collaborative goals

You know your relationship best. Together, we set goals that reflect what actually matters to you, at a pace that feels right.

Quietly guided by faith, open to all

Emma's own faith quietly shapes the compassion she brings to this work — but this is a space that welcomes people of every belief and background equally, with no exceptions.
